1. Behind t=

quilt in the master bedroom there is a breaker box. The bottom 2 switches on
the right need to be pushed to the center. This turns on the hot water.
When you le=
ave,
these same switches need to be pushed back out to the right.
2. After yo=
u do
the switches, then you can turn on the air or heat (located in the main roo=
m).
In the summ=
er, we
are leaving the air at 80 degrees when we are not there.
In the wint=
er,
leave the heater at 60 degrees.
3. The water
needs to be turned on outside the front door. We have put a pole in it beca=
use
sometimes the rain washes the lid away.
The hole mi=
ght
have filled up with dirt. If it did, then just use a spoon to scoop it out =
(you
can wear my rubber gloves if you want).
The valve h=
as
been broken so be very careful when you turn it. Turn the valve so that it =
is
parallel to the pipe.
When you le=
ave,
you will just turn it back to be perpendicular to the pipe.

5. The key =
for
the storage shed is above the microwave. It will be the shiniest one.
The other k=
ey is
for the mail box.
I think the=
re is
a house key there, but I am not sure.

mess up the remotes - but if you do there are some really hard directions to
follow above the microwave.
I keep all =
the
directions up there so you will have to sort through it.
7. Dad like=
s the
blinds drawn with the curve to the inside. Be sure to open them before you =
pull
them open completely.
8. The swit=
ch for
the garbage disposal in down below where the garbage is.
9. The water
reserve for the coffee pot is a little confusing. The place where you pour =
the
water is like a channel - it is next to the coffee filter area.
TV and DVD

DVD:
1.
Press “TV” button at top of satellite (black) remote
2.
Press “channel down” button until you reach INPUT 1 channel
3.
Press “power” button on DVD (gray) remote
4.
Screen should be blue and you can now insert a DVD and play it

Television Watching:
1.
Remove DVD and turn off the power to the DVD player
2.
Press “TV” button at top of satellite remote
3.
Press “channel up” button until you reach channel 3
4.
Press “SAT” button at top of satellite remote
You can now
resume regular satellite TV watching
