Ricks Devilishly Good Eggs

 

12 Hard Boiled Eggs (Halved, Yolks Removed)

4 TBSP Salad Dressing (Miracle Whip)

2 TBSP Cream Style Horseradish

2 TBSP Prepared Mustard

1 TBSP Pickle Juice (Prefer sweet but dill is fine)

1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper to Taste

 

Mix all ingredients together and spoon or pipe (a zip lock bag works fine for this) into eggs.

Top with Capers and Paprika

 

Family History:

This really doesn’t have a family history yet.  Rick made it for Easter Dinner 2008.  It gives the eggs a “gourmet” taste!
